Warren Guess, Chief Executive Officer, is a fourth-generation plumber who began learning plumbing from his father and grandfather at the age of 7. When he was a freshman in high-school he began working after school and over the summers for his dad’s plumbing company. After graduating from high-school (where he and his wife Katherine met), he began plumbing full time. Two years after graduating, he obtained his own Plumbing Contractor License and started his own company.
Warren and Katherine were born and raised in Susanville, California and they remain here. Both have a very strong sense of community that includes attending local events, supporting local small businesses, and supporting local youth programs. As Secretary of the Corporation, Katherine is also the Public Relations Officer with the heart of a teacher. She is heavily involved in the local youth community and touches lives through time, kindness and donations.
Beyond Lassen County, the Guess Plumbing & Supply, Inc. team also serves Plumas County and Shasta County performing Fire Sprinkler System installations, new construction projects, along with service and repairs. In the 15 years Warren has been a Licensed Plumber he has done everything from replacing a single kitchen faucet to replacing complete water systems, installing new and current plumbing technology supporting Green Plumbing initiatives, to plumbing new custom homes, commercial buildings and multi-dwelling complexes. He has become a Plumbing Pro with a reputation that is impeccable. He holds multiple licenses which include C36 Plumbing, C16 Fire Protection and C34 Pipeline. Together, they have an entire crew of both highly qualified Service and Repair Technicians and New Construction Plumbers. His plumbing expertise and their values are evident through-out the company as it continues to expand into new areas.
